Paper processes are cost-intensive and time consuming in the business world today, and the integration of existing data systems is in many places dissatisfying.

With our solutions and services you can tighten this working process, accelerate the processing speed, increase the data quality, make documents available once again, provide a guaranteed future and reduce unnecessary expenses.

It’s up to you to decide whether to optimise internally or to outsource archiving paper based processes.

Since 2002 we offer our customers a “round around carefree scan service”. At the location we are able to digitalise 100.000 pages daily, in the network with existing partners we offer far more capacity.

And this is how it works: our in house courier service collects your files and documents if required. The paper will be transported in lockable cargo boxes. The digitalisation process takes place in the scan point.

Each processing status will be recorded in the system. After the quality control and a legally valid digital signature the image files will be written on a data processing media. Finally all original documents will be given back or shredded according to BDSG. The copying of the documents is not a problem anymore thanks to high capacity scanners. The actual challenge is the automated systematic collection of data and validation of required data information. Therefore we employ intelligent software solutions. We compile the digital documents and meta data for our customer suitable for the respective IT system or burn them on an integral compact disk with recovery software.

We possess over solutions for document archives, forms, and order and calculation entries and for the in-box processing.

Since 2002 the young company operates in the Northern German market. In addition to Dräger Synematic in Lübeck and Siemens PSE in Hamburg various renowned customers could already be acquired as customers.
